Rule 15 – A Persons Works
2009.10.07 CE
Rule 15 – Taking, destroying or changing another’s property, works or work is wrong and shall be punished. Everyone must be compensated for their work and works for others with at least a livable compensation.
In other words, someone else’s property, works and work is theirs. You have no right to do anything to it or with it without their approval, and they must be compensated for their work and works with at least a livable compensation.
This does not mean every person must be compensated for everything they decide to do that is NOT requested of them. Such as if a painter paints a picture on their own, society has no obligation to compensate them. If an entity commissions (requests the painting) then they must pay as a minimum an amount that will allow the artist to live based on the amount of work done.
