Rule 14 – Fraud

Rule 14 – Fraud is wrong and shall be punished.

Fraud – One of the most pervasive faults of mankind. Fraud is the act of knowingly procuring something from someone under false pretenses. In other words, taking something valued by that other person or society using deceit of any type.

And taking something of value knowing it is not yours and not knowing who’s it is is also fraud, the false pretense being that you know it is not yours, and that you do not know whose it is.
